Yoga for Arthritis - 10 Class Series Investment: $99.99
The perfect "entry point" for those ready to move but afraid to start. This progressive series on Teachable is designed for the reality of arthritic joints and prosthetic recovery.
If you are new to yoga, returning after surgery, or afraid of making things worse,
begin with the 10-Class Foundation. Everything else builds from there.
From Reconstruction to Resilience
I am 52 years old, and my body has navigated significant orthopedic change. By my early 30s, I had undergone bilateral knee reconstruction, followed by a total left hip replacement at age 48.
With more than 21 years as a licensed massage therapist, I have a deep understanding of the anatomy of pain. Living through major joint surgery, however, gave me a different perspective—one rooted in the emotional experience of pain, loss of trust in the body, and the uncertainty of returning to movement safely.
Today, I practice yoga five days a week and incorporate strength training into my routine. This level of function was not accidental; it was built through consistent, mindful movement and an informed approach to supporting a body with surgical history. I now share that process with individuals who want to move with greater confidence, stability, and long-term joint health.
