Yoga therapy is an individualized adaptation of yoga practice for those with persistent or specific health problems. Stephanie has held a yoga practice for the past 10 years and has been certified as a yoga instructor through the Center for Yoga of Seattle. Having a foundational education in Iyengar, Stephanie has the ability to help patients through yoga poses, movement, bolstering and breathe work. What a great option to feel better while social distancing!
