Cancellation Policy
A 24 Hour Notice is required to cancel your appointment. Any notice after 24 Hours prior to your appointment or failing to show up to your appointment results in a $65 charge. This charge must be paid prior to scheduling a future appointment.
This policy is paid by the client and applies to all clients (cash, check, insurance, gift certificates and packages)*
*This policy is not charged to your insurance company. If you are an insurance client and you fail to follow the Cancellation Policy, the $65 charge is paid by you, not your insurance company.
